This is there's a totally different type of machine than the five thousand model.
The 4000 model has a 21.5 inch plate. Its shorter and has less displacement but more pop not push g force like the 5000 model. Less for lymph drainage. More for fast twitch. About half people buy the 4000 over 5000. If no lymphatic issues this is fine. I prefer the 4000 model for working out.
The 5000 has a larger displacement and higher tip amplitude. DEPENDING If you are using it more for working out or more for lymphoda drainage, you will want one over the other model.
I like this better than any other model. Because it has more displacement and most machines only have up to 6 millimeter amplitude and dont stimulate the one way valves like the higher amplitude does.
